Fast, good and affordable.The Atlas system featuring Monet Ink combines the advantages of fast production speeds with outstanding print quality, plus low consumable costs.

It produces up to 40,000 pieces per hour giving you faster turn around times and outstanding productivity. But Atlas doesn’t stop there. It also produces clean, sharp images with software selectable print resolutions including 110, 220, 330, 440, and 660 DPI. Images dry quickly on a wide variety os substrates.

With Atlas, you’ll produce high-resolution addresses, barcodes, logos, graphics, marketing messages and more “on-the-fly” with no production slowdowns. Print a full one-inch graphic with no need to stitch.

Combo Capability. As with most Buskro equipment, Atlas is modular for maximum flexibility. It can be combined with other print technologies on the same transport base to give you unsurpassed versatility, speed, and quality. With our combo system, you can quickly change from one technology to the other and back again to meet your needs.

Smart design increases performance. Rugged construction, simplified electronics, improved array design, back-end reservoir with meniscus control and three filtering levels make Atlas a reliable performer at elevated print speeds, line speeds, and duty cycles. It’s capable of handling a variety of liquid ink formulations including Monet. Quick disconnects and longer hoses permit greater flexibility and ease of installation on other systems. And a large capacity, refillable ink container means less wiping, less stopping and other maintenance requirements.

Atlas can be interfaced with a wide array of other Buskro components to build a customized inkjet imaging system. Choose the BK700 portable controller with Compose™ IQ software, along with inline or stand-alone transport bases, print technologies and other accessories. Buskro equipment can also be integrated into larger systems including folders, inserters, tabbing/labeling units, bindery and other related equipment for increased versatility. The IQ Controller, software and inkjet printer are all included for one low price.

Monet™ Ink
For excellent results every time, use Buskro’s new Monet inks with the Atlas printhead. These inks dry quickly on most coated stocks. They feature very low ink cost per thousand images depending on the application and come in one liter bottles which are safe to use, store and transport.
