We are also the only company that can provide mailing equipment from desktop to production size. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing Mark of Distinction as your provider of mailing and shipping systems, service, and supplies because you, our loyal and valued customer, have been a critical component to our tremendous success.

As a result of our excellence in service and phenomenal growth over the last nineteen years, we are proud to announce that Mark of Distinction and Pitney Bowes Inc., the world's largest and finest supplier of mailing and shipping systems, have entered into a significant agreement. Effective as of May 22, 2007, Pitney Bowes has acquired substantially all of the assets of Mark of Distinction's business operations and will continue our operations under the "Mark of Distinction" name, retaining our trusted employees and continuing to provide you with the excellent service to which you have become accustomed. As of that date, the new Mark of Distinction will begin offering the finest mailing and shipping system products available under the SECAP brand name. In addition to the best mailing equipment available, we will also continue to offer many of the same products we now support with our other manufacturers.

The Mark of Distinction service staff will continue to provide you with service under your current maintenance agreement with the best and most comprehensive service support in the industry. That includes assisting you to obtain service for your Hasler meter and direct support for your other Hasler products. Thank you.
